Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Europe or anywhere else outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, EUROs or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. We do not charge for handling or packing. If your order is being sent as a parcel then you will need to sign for it when it is delivered. Please check the parcel for damage before you sign. If delivery is not possible because you are not in, then there may be an additional charge. ALWAYS enter a delivery address that will have someone to sign for the goods, and please make sure there is a contact phone number.
We are not responsible for any items that may get lost in standard first class post. If they get lost then you lose your goods.
STANDARD POST IS NOT GUARANTEED. If you are worried about this select the Parcel option, this has to be signed for and can be tracked.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. However, order placed outside the EU will have to pay duties and taxes when the order is delivered.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All of our products come with a 1 year guarantee. It is only the product that is guaranteed, there is no claim to be made on labour or consumable goods.
